A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

2. Counter-Notices

If your content was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may contact support@kodiak-connect.com with a counter-notice.

3. Repeat Infringers

Kodiak Connect may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights.

4. Abuse of Copyright Process

False or abusive copyright claims may result in account action or legal consequences.
